REQUIREMENTS

-5+ years of OOAD programming experience in Java involving medium to large scale applications
-Demonstrated experience in originating designs that use best practices to solve complex problems
-Knowledgeable of XML technologies
-Experience with both Linux and Windows environment
-Good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
-Pluses: RDBMS design experience; networking and distributed architectures; EJB; JSP; Swing
